L’Alvà – Forno Diffuso was born in Azeglio (Piedmont, Italy) in 2021. The bakery originates from the experience of Lorenzo Grasso, manager of the former restaurant La Macina in Azeglio, which for ten years has been an important point of reference and with its dishes has been able to enhance the products of local producers, and Umberto Salussolia, a passionate baker who has gained experience in bakeries in Italy (in Rome, Lombardy, Emilia Romagna) and abroad (in Belgium). Their mission? To bring to the tables of the Canavese and Biella areas a quality product that is not easily found there: bread made with sourdough and quality flours.
