Pozzo agricultural holding produces kiwis and, more inportantly, wine. It was born thanks to the passion for the land and agriculture which was passed down from generation to generation. The owners are the sisters Elisa and Claudia, helped by their parents.
The vineyards are located on the sunny morainic hills facing the lake of Viverone. This particular type of soil, together with the mild climate brought by the lake, give the grapes unique flavours and fragrances. Along with the traditional pergola trellising system, new wineyards have also been trained with the guyot system and espalier system.
Our company complies with the EEC norms regarding environment protection and production standards. The newest technologies along with traditional knowledge and years of experience work together to assure the best result. Our wine can be consumed during meals or when celebrating.
You are welcome to our cellar to get to know and taste our products. We are also available for wine tastings and tours. Moreover, we can prepare tasting sets and gifts.
Recently, we have started a saffron plantation.
