The marvellous morainic hills originate a white wine, which is produced exclusively in the Canavese area: Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG.
The name Erbaluce tells us about the grapes from which the wine is born, bathed in sunlight, these grapes acquire an intense amber colour. The vine is deeply linked to the type of soil in which it is born, which gives it the right acidity and distinguishes the fruit. Thanks to these characteristics of the Erbaluce grape, three types of wine are produced: still, sparkling wine and passito. When discovering our territory, you cannot miss out on the characteristic wine tasting opportunity, with a fresh, fruity taste.
On the other hand, if your senses are looking for a dry red wine, harmonious to the palate and with an intense scent, the Canavese Rosso DOC is right for you. A wine made from different red grapes in varying percentages (including Nebbiolo, Barbera, Bonarda, Freisa, Neretto …).
Again, this wine is deeply linked to our territory and has unmistakable characteristics.
