Italy has over 150 wine Itineraries, dedicated to the production of wines from our splendid land.
The Slowland landscape is rich in vineyards. These are evidence of ancient roots of its passion for wine.
The wine roads in this area guide us in the discovery of the morainic hill of Ivrea’s Serra. In the castle of Roppolo, you can visit the cellars with a wealth of local wines. Walking along the ancient Via Francigena, along the way, you can see vineyards and farmsteads scattered across the hills, which allow you to admire, at some stages, the beauty of Lake Viverone.

As you go into some of the towns in our area, known for their castles, such as Torre Canavese, Agliè and San Giorgio Canavese, you can see the vineyards of these exceptional grapes.
The journey to discover the vineyards also goes together with the history of this land: visiting Cuorgnè, Pont Canavese and Sparone you can retrace the remnants of King Arduino and continue your visit to the vineyards and farms.
This is just a small hint of what you will find when traveling across our land: history, architecture and nature areintertwined with what is now one of the highest quality productions in this area.
