The Laboratory Museum project originates from an interdisciplinary research of the University of Turin for the enhancement of the Lower Serra Biellese area and of the archaeological area of ancient Victimula, in San Secondo, a small town of Salussola.
It is not a showcase museum, but an information laboratory, training, work, research and experimentation, to preserve, protect and restore the beauty and richness of the places, favouring the development of orderly cultural tourism that respects the identity of the places and the populations that reside there.
The Museum is part of the Biellese Ecomuseum network which, with its fifteen cells, documents the traditional life and trades of the local people.
