Ivrea’s Serra Morenica, part of the geological complex of the Morainic Amphitheatre, has a territory rich in nature, culture, architecture and history.
To enhance and make the beauties of the territory more accessible, the municipalities of Magnano, Sala Biellese, Torrazzo, Zimone, and Zubiena launched the project “Simply Serra”.
Simply Serra is an invitation to discover the historical and architectural testimonies and taste the typical products of tradition, without overlooking the extraordinary naturalistic landscape of the Serra and its attractions.
This is how the ten “Simply Serra” paths are created: complete with signs and information tables that provide interesting facts, games for children, legends and folklore.
Each path has a theme and a story, so each step becomes an opportunity to discover not only a part of the landscape but also a part of the history of the local reality.
